Luz Carasa is an editor, writer and storyteller based in Portland, Oregon. She is passionate about crafting powerful stories that surprise and entertains the audience.
Luz has worked in advertisement for clients like Toyota, Sunsilk and Mercedes Benz, networks, like OPB and independent documentaries like: “Waking the Camino: 6 ways to Santiago”, winner in many film festivals such as American Documentary Film Festival and Hollywood Film Festival; “Voyagers Without Trace” produce by NW Documentary Center and present in many festival, ”Seed: The Untold Story” awarded in San Diego International Films Festival among others, and “Burlesque: Heart of the Glitter Tribe” now in theaters.
Originally from Spain she moved to Portland in 2012. Previous to that she had worked as an editor in different places like Berlin, Bangkok, Madrid, and Barcelona.
